If you're using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Launchline helps teams manage the accuracy of their customer-facing content. Users can upload internal documents (e.g., product requirements, PDFs, CSVs) and analyze existing help center or support documentation to identify outdated, missing, or inconsistent information.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Upload malicious or unauthorized content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or exploit the Service

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and keeping login credentials secure.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

‍

You retain full ownership of any content you upload. By using the Services, you grant Launchline a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

We do not use your content to train any AI models.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request for customers who require one for compliance purposes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful behavior.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Launchline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
